Before looking for renters, the property will be

Tenant Screening
As a landlord, knowing about your tenant's personal and
professional history is a must. After all, the entire purpose of renting out
your house is to earn income while minimising stress. Therefore,
we thoroughly assess the tenant's payment capabilities while also running
detailed checks ensuring that they will not cause any general
or legal bother.

Contracts & Agreements
A credit check will be conducted on the prospective
renter. Then, the rental lease agreement will be created,
and the agreement between the landlord and renter
will be formalised.

Regular Inspection

provide monthly reports and a quarterly property inspection
report for their convenience.
